Firearms

All firearm sales are final. Due to federal and state regulations governing firearm transfers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on firearms once the transfer is complete.

If you discover any issues or defects with your firearm after purchase, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for resolution. Texas 2A Mantique, LLC is happy to assist you with coordinating the return of your firearm to the manufacturer for warranty service or repair.

Ammunition

All ammunition sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on ammunition purchases.

Non-Firearm and Non-Ammunition Items

We accept returns on accessories, gear, and other non-firearm/non-ammunition merchandise under the following conditions:

• Return period: Thirty (30) days from date of purchase

• Required: Original receipt must accompany returned item(s)

• Condition: Items must be in original, resalable condition

• Refund method: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase

Defective Products: If a non-firearm item is defective, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty. We can assist you in coordinating warranty service when applicable.

General Terms

All returns are subject to management approval and will be handled at management's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
